I am not getting to install a custom recovery (twrp). I get stuck on a USB logo, can you help me?

I have it now, but I tried to install the gapps, stock, pico, full, but I could’nt, soe of them don’t work, other ones says it’s too big, the fuul one I get a ‘setup wizard has stopped’.
so I don’t have Play Store. Tryed installing the apk, it installs, but doesn’t open. Do you know if we can root ZF6 with CM13? I need Play Store to download my stuff.
