Create nandroid Backup You’re All phone data.
Required Custom Recovery Here ⇒ TWRP Guide For Nubia Z11.
Your Device At Least To 60-70% Charge for flashing.
Download MIUI 8 Rom.zip Ota And Gapps Zip.
Read Instruction.

Rom ⇒ z11-6.10.31-6.0.zip

Ota ⇒ OTA-z11.zip

Android 6.0 Gapps ⇒ gapps-601-20160709_signed.zip

Guide To Install:-

Download “z11-6.10.31-6.0.zip” and Ota Zip & Copy It To SD-Card.
Turn Off Your Phone And Enter Recovery Mode By Volume Up + Power Key At The Same Time.
In Recovery Go To ‘Wipe And Format Option ⇒ Wipe Data, System, Cache And Dalvik Cache’ Via Recovery.
In Recovery Menu go to Install.
Then Navigate To The Rom.zip File, Which You Downloaded Before.
Select z11-6.10.31-6.0.zip File From The List To Flash It.
Swipe for flashing.
Wait For The Process To Complete; It May Take A Few Minutes.
Install Ota Zip.
Wipe Cache Reboot.
Then Reboot Your Device & Enjoy.

Note: – First Time It’s Takes 5-10 Minutes To Boot, Install Gapps Zip Via TWRP If No Google Apps Play Store In The ROM And Give Full Permission From Setting Apps -> Google Play Store and Google Apps.
